The food was brilliant and the location was stunning for our visit to Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden, which was just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. the room was modern with great shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets provided.

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered views to the forest. the good-sized bathroom and nice terrace were great perks. the position of the hotel was marvelous, close to a large waterfall. the staff was lovely, kind, and gave me helpful recommendations.

This property sits beside a mountain stream, with a walk bridge to a Cuckoo Clock and store. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is great, with helpful and attentive staff. Location is central for exploring the Black Forest, Triberg, and Freiburg.

The countryside view was picturesque and we enjoyed sipping coffee in the mornings as we looked into the beauty of nature. the bed was comfortable and inviting. Two free tickets and recommendations for attractions in the surrounding area were a nice touch. One of the advantages of staying here was that there was free parking on the premises.

The worst part of the experience was getting into the establishment, it seemed as though no one was there to check us in; we were stuck outside in the cold trying to get into the hotel for several minutes before anyone let us in.
